24/7 Nursing Care
When every day activities become too difficult to manage by ourselves, we often need our family and loved ones to help. Manordene Nursing Home provides the support required to carry on with dignity.
A nurse is there whenever you need them and they control any medications and any other health needs our residents require.
Meal Preparation
By the time our residents arrive at Manordene Nursing Home, most require some degree of dietary monitoring.
Our nursing home provides complimentary and customizable meal preparation services for everyone. These meals are nutritionally enriched and have been developed and approved by dieticians to cater to all of our resident’s dietary needs. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Manordene Nursing Home feel like home.
Daily activity programmes
In order to keep everyone happy and entertained at Manordene Nursing Home, we provide a long list of activities including, film afternoons, bingo, quizzes, crafts, reminiscence sessions, armchair exercises and a variety of entertainers from singers to theatre. All of these activity sessions provide sensory and physical well-being of our residents. We also occasionally have animal visitors which everyone loves!
Private Rooms
Everyone deserves personal space and privacy, that is why here at Manordene Nursing Home we provide individual ensuite rooms. Each room has a phone, TV socket, broadband internet access and personal call button.
We have 20 single rooms and 1 double room, housing 22 residents.
Rooms are of a size and shape that accommodate residents’ lifestyle, care and support needs. Residents can personalise their rooms in which they make choices about their environment including temperature, some furnishings and décor.
Personal Pampering
At Manordene Nursing Home we have an in house salon to offer 1 to 1 pampering sessions. This includes chiropody, hair styling and manicures.
Safe Living
It is easy to stay safe and get around efficiently at Manordene Nursing Home with our personal room call system, passenger lift, full automatic fire alarm system and an emergency lighting system.
Our parking facilities also include a disabled bay.
